I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and airy, and the service was excellent. The location was superb, close to everything but still peaceful. However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel's location is outstanding, being centrally situated in Zagreb City Center and within walking distance from nearly all landmarks. The Welsh pastries served were really out of my expectation, plentiful, and delicious. Although the rooms were smaller than expected and had an odd smell, the professional staff were very courteous and helpful, particularly the restaurant Maitre d'. The dining hours were convenient from 06:30 to 10:30, with staff always refilling food.
